An
Elegant Easter Dinner
The
budding of spring brings with it the first true holiday of the
season, Easter. Easter is the embodiment of spring with its pastel
colors; pinks, yellows, blues, greens and lavenders. Easter brings
Easter baskets tied with ribbon and stuffed with chocolate bunnies
and baby ducks, all held tight by little boys and girls dressed
in their Sunday best. After the Easter egg hunt, we all look forward
to a family Easter dinner to celebrate the season.
Our
Elegant Easter Dinner menu begins with an extraordinary appetizer.
Salmon Cakes with Red Pepper Cream Sauce. The combination of the
delicate salmon flavor and the smokiness of the red peppers is
absolutely exquisite! Next is our entrée, Grilled Pork
Tenderloin with Rosemary Apple Marinade. This delicious recipe
blends the aromatic flavor of rosemary with the fruity tartness
of apple juice. You will savor every bite of this delightful dish!
To compliment the grilled pork tenderloin we offer Basil and Pine
Nut Pilaf with just the right touch of herbs and nuts. Our vegetable
