Easter is this weekend! Time to get out the egg die and create those beautiful treasures to be hidden, "oh so delicately" on Easter morning. In our family, once the traditional Easter egg hunt takes place we usually gather around a big Easter brunch at our house, or occasionally we head off to a potluck brunch/dinner at either friends or our extended family. Inevitably the question arises about what to serve. The beauty of Easter brunch is the fact that it is exactly that...a brunch. So it is equally acceptable to bring or serve an egg dish as it is a beautiful roast.
This year I’d like to share the Easter brunch I plan to serve along with some other helpful ideas for those who plan on attending a potluck dinner or brunch. As with all holiday meals I strongly suggest that you plan your meal well ahead of time and even prepare a game plan to make your preparations worry-free.
