 In
reviewing our Best Cake list, we realized that all of them
include chocolate. There  are
two reasons for this. One, the addition of chocolate changes
the finished texture of cake, adding moistness and giving
it a perfect, soft, but not dry texture. Two, in all our baking,
we use Scharrfen Berger’s chocolate. This high quality,
hand crafted chocolate is made in San Francisco and is readily
available in many stores and also online. The addition of
a top quality chocolate will transform a great cake into a
spectacular cake.
