The
best pasta, hands down, is fresh home-made pasta. We have
achieved a perfect gluten-free pasta that we think is better
that the wheat variety. Any of our
pasta recipes are superb when beginning with fresh pasta.

Our favorite dried gluten-free pasta is
made by Tinkyada and is available in nearly most common pasta
shapes. Tinkyada produces a product with consistent results
and that is readily available in natural food stores, food
coops, and many health and specialty food stores.
Other favorite dried pastas are Papadinis
Lentil Bean Orzo and Thai Kitchens rice noodles for
Asian cooking.
