The Publishers and Chefs of Glutenfreeda.com,
Jessica Hale and Yvonne Gifford, are now booking their 2005
cooking class demonstrations or speaking engagements on
a broad range of topics.
About the chefs:
Yvonne Gifford and Jessica Hale, a mother/daughter team
launched Glutenfreeda.com in October 1999, six months after
Yvonne was diagnosed with Celiac disease. The online magazine
was created to help people struggling with Celiac disease
or gluten-intolerance return to a normal life of cooking,
eating and entertaining; deliciously gluten-free.
Just as Yvonne and Jessica bring a passion
for food, and a gourmet style to gluten-free cooking, they
bring a fun, informative and entertaining style to cooking
classes and speaking engagements. With over 3000 gluten-free
recipes in Glutenfreeda.coms database, there is no
shortage of speaking topics or limitations to cooking class
menus. Previous topics include, Naturally Gluten-free,
