What would Christmas be without warm, delicious, flaky Christmas cookies? Unfortunately those of you suffering from gluten intolerance probably know the answer to that question. I refused to believe that it was impossible to make a delicate, gourmet cookie, suitable for gift boxes Ð gluten-free. Upon accepting the challenge I set out to create 3 Christmas cookie wonders. All three of this months Cookie features will delight you and your guests beyond measure.
