Yes, it’s hard to believe, but the holidays are officially upon us. As you plan out your holiday menu, undoubtedly you will come to a point where you will need to decide on one, two or perhaps even a few (depending on how large your guest list is) special desserts to add the finishing touch to your special feast. It is also probably true that not all attending your dinner are gluten intolerant. So the question is whether to provide non-gluten desserts and gluten-free treats or simply stick to providing amazingly delicious gluten-free desserts that taste exactly like the real thing. Always my preference is to stick to providing all gluten-free dessert options. This way there is no confusion on the part of those who are gluten-free and it also eliminates any possibility of cross contamination. But…can it really be done? Of course!
This month we’d like to share some of our favorite special desserts that would be perfect for any special meal, even a holiday feast such as Christmas dinner. All of these desserts are incredible in taste and texture and will impress all of your guests (gluten-free or not!).
