Real Cookies™ are a refrigerated product that needs to remain chilled from the time it leaves our production facility until it arrives at your door. Due to the nature of our product we have taken steps to ensure that your cookies remain in perfect condition throughout the shipping process. We ship our cookies in ice packs and Styrofoam liners surrounded by a shipping box - a packaging combination that will insure your cookies arrive chilled and in excellent condition. We realize that our shipping costs are not inexpensive and we are consistently working with our vendors and FedEx to reduce the overall shipping and handling costs.

At the present time we only offer 2 day delivery to ensure that your cookies arrive in perfect condition.

Orders received on Monday will be shipped Tuesday for Thursday delivery.

Orders received on Tuesday will be shipped Wednesday for Friday delivery.

Orders received on Wednesday, Thursday & Friday will be shipped the following Monday for Wednesday delivery.
