Super Bowl Party

As the Superbowl approaches you may be gearing up for a casual party of friends to cheer on your favorite team. If you happen to be gluten-intolerant this poses some challenges on what to serve that everyone will enjoy and yet will not contaminate your gluten-free surroundings. This month Glutenfreeda has put together some delicious snack food and casual meal suggestions that will surely delight any football fan.

Appetizers:

Mixed Nuts

Tortilla Chips with Pico de Gallo

Pepperoni Pizza

Baked Crab Dip served with Tortilla Chips

Shrimp & Black Bean Nachos

Casual Meals:

Pepperoni Pizza

Texas Bean Chili

Chicken Chili

For beverages, you can easily serve beer (as long as you don’t indulge yourself) and an assortment of carbonated beverages. If you do choose to have beer available to your guests, may we suggest to serve it in bottles or cans that can easily be thrown away. This just eliminates possible gluten contamination with your glasses and so forth.

If you happen to be going to someone’s house for a Superbowl party, suggest bringing an appetizer or one of the chili’s so you can be confident that you can indulge in something that is gluten-free and delicious.

Enjoy the Game!
