Cupcakes
can be made from any cake batter by simply filling paper lined
muffin cups instead of cake pans. Muffin cups should be filled
about 2/3 full. Basic baking time is about 20 minutes or until
an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Cupcakes are a fun way to serve cake with
a little variety. One batch of cupcakes can be frosted with
two or three different flavors of frosting and decorated in
a variety of ways. There are two basic ways to frost cupcakes.
Simply spread frosting on the tops of the cupcakes with a
knife and for glazes, turn the cupcake upside down and dip
into the glaze.
For Moms with children, cupcakes make
a special after school snack or treat for dessert.
Here is a list of great gluten-free cake
