March 17th — St. Patrick’s Day

Discover traditional Irish cuisine made just for you – gluten-free! It has been said that the Irish do not eat good food. We whole-heartedly disagree. Traditional Irish cooking uses wholesome prime quality local produce with just enough seasoning to enhance the natural flavors of the basic ingredients.

Boxdy — Serve these wonderful potato pancakes with fried eggs, bacon and/or sausage.

Irish Currant & Raisin Cake — A great breakfast cake for a weekend brunch or breakfast.

Irish Stew — Probably the best known Irish cuisine. Traditionally Irish stew was made from goat or kid now however it is more commonly made with lamb or beef.

Irish Whiskey Chicken — Experience the flavors of Irish whiskey in this rich and comforting dish.

Champ - A simple tasty dish of mash potatoes and scallions (Spring Onions).

Halibut with Tomato-Spinach Sauce — One of our all-time favorite meals. Baked halibut served over Garlic Mashed potatoes, surrounded by vegetables and topped with an incredible cream sauce.

Beef Tenderloin with Roasted Vegetables — Pan seared filet mignon served with roasted vegetables and a delectable wine sauce. Serve this elegant meal on top of Champ (mashed potatoes with scallions).

St. Patrick’s Day Shakes — Maybe not traditional Irish cuisine, but certainly a tasty and refreshing treat!
