The
goal of our feature, ‘Easy Everyday Meals’ is to present quick and easy recipes
that anyone can prepare in a limited amount of time. If you’re like most people, you probably have 5-7 meals that you
rotate over and over. Why? First, because you like them and second,
because you know how to make them and they don’t require too much effort. We thought about that concept and decided to
present 20 easy to make, delicious to eat meals that you can make every weekday
of the month. (We skipped weekends just
in case you prefer to do something more extravagant when you have more time, or
maybe not cook at all!)
