Let’s face it…the potato is one of those magical root vegetables that can be prepared in so many ways, it’s hard to count, and nearly everyone loves them. In our house, the potato is very much a staple. Whether we are talking Russets, Fingerlings, Yukon, Red or any other variety, it’s pretty safe to say that on any day you can find one of these varieties in our pantry. Why? Because they are a great starchy dish and/or main dish that accompanies so many other entrees with perfect synergy.
This month we’d like to share our favorite top five potato recipes on Glutenfreeda.com. Some of these recipes are new and some are old time favorites – but either way we think you will find these potato dishes outstanding.
