Holidays Hors D’œuvres

Pesto & Sun Dried Tomato Torta

The holidays are a time for entertaining our family and friends. Living on a gluten-free diet sometimes challenges arise during family gatherings. How do you know that the food offered is truly gluten-free and not subject to cross-contamination issues? If you are the host, planning a menu that is gluten-free and as delicious, if not more, as the gluten-variety can be an intimidating task. If you plan on attending Thanksgiving dinner somewhere other than your own home, offer to bring one or two appetizers. Not only will this alleviate some of the stress of the Thanksgiving preparations for the host, but it will also give you peace of mind that you will enjoy something that you are confident is truly gluten-free. This year we would like to offer you some delicious gluten-free appetizer ideas that will satisfy all your family and friends.
