Who said that just because you are on a gluten-free diet means you have to give up stuffing? It just isn’t so. Over the years we have developed many delicious gluten-free stuffing’s that would delight even the most finicky stuffing fan. My favorite gluten-free stuffing’s are those that don’t use gluten-free bread cubes, but that doesn’t mean it’s not possible. I’ve had success with bread stuffing’s using Kinnickinick’s sandwich breads – just toast and then cube. I’ve had amazing success making my own cornbread and then using that as the base for the stuffing– the cornbread adds that extra sweetness that goes perfectly with poultry. And my all time favorite is using wild rice. Wild rice compliments the turkey and the gravy beautifully and is a great compliment to the other traditional Thanksgiving sides.
