Comforting Coffee Cake!

What is more comforting that a warm slice of sweet & moist coffee cake on a cool autumn day? Coffee cakes are great because they are typically very easy to make. In addition, converting your favorite gluten-free coffee cake to gluten-free is rather simple since most recipes do not contain a large quantity of flour and they often include enough wet ingredients to produce the desired consistency.
