These taco shells are awesome. Both the yellow and blue shells have a nice
corn flavor, much like a freshly cooked tortilla chip. We didn’t taste
much difference between the blue or the yellow — both were equally delicious.

The taco shells are packed expertly in
shrink wrap packaging inside a box. They took some abuse in
the commute from the grocery store to our kitchen, and even
then they were all still completely intact. The fact that you
can have both blue and yellow tacos adds wonderful color to
your plate.
| Storage

These shells will last for quite some time stored in a dried, cool place. As
with tortilla chips, if you open the package make sure you reseal it in a ziplock
bag, expelling as much air as possible, to avoid the shells from going stale.

Garden of Eatin’ makes these great
tasting corn taco shells out of all natural, organic ingredients.
These taco shells are made from quality blue and yellow organic
corn kernels which are carefully stone ground into dough known
as Masa. Certified Organic by Quality Assurance International.
For your information: When we called Garden
of Eatin’ to verify that these products (Yellow &
Blue Corn Taco Shells) were indeed gluten-free they stated
that their was no gluten added to the process but that their
product had not been specifically tested for gluten. Since
there are no guarantees and some Celiac’s are more sensitive
than others, we recommend individual evaluation of this product.
Blue Corn Taco Shells Ingredients:
Organic stone-ground blue corn masa flour, expeller pressed
high oleic safflower and/or sunflower oil.
