Since these crispbreads are made from rice, they are very light. They taste
a little "airy" and have rice aftertaste. The Garden Herb spices add
flavor but taste more like a combination of dried herbs instead of a nice punch
of fresh herb flavor.

These crispbreads do not taste like regular wheat-based crispbreads. Since
they are made of rice they exhibit a rice-like quality.

There are 36 crispbreads in one package and they come sealed in two separate
packs. They would last for quite some time, unopened in a pantry.

(3.00) These crackers did not meet our standards for a great tasting, gluten-free
product. However, if you are looking for something that is low fat, all natural
and doesnt contain things like yeast, eggs, dairy and/or cholesterol,
these crispbreads may be a good alternative to crackers and the like.
