These tortillas has a pretty neutral taste and will enable other ingredient flavors to stand out.
| Texture |
 |
These tortillas look a bit different than traditional wheat tortillas. They have a sheen common in rice products and an almost plastic looking coating. They are somewhat thick and do not have the same pliable texture as the wheat variety. We found them fairly easy to work with and were able to roll and fold them into a wrap without too much difficulty.
