It is a little hard to give a fair judgement on taste for a product that is
only tasted cooked in a recipe with a lot of other flavors. But in lasagne,
we found the taste to be very good.

Dried and uncooked these noodles look and feel exactly like traditional lasagne
noodles. Cooked, we found them to be a little chewy and not as tender as pre-cooked
noodles. Warmed up in the microwave the next day, they were perfect.

Although De Boles gluten-free pasta products are widely available in natural
food stores and health food stores, we found that the 'no-boil' variety is not
distributed as widely.

This is a no-boil lasagna that makes making
lasagna very easy. We tested this product in our Roasted Eggplant
and Zucchini Lasagne and were impressed with the results.
