Both these products are great for snack food or appetizers,
but our favorite thing about them is that they say ‘Gluten-free’
in bold letters right on the package, a pretty exciting thing
for a mainstream food product.
The pepperoni has BHA, BHT and citric acid
to protect flavor. They are ready to eat and need to be refrigerated
after opening the package.
The Canadian Style Bacon includes pork sirloin
hips and added water. It is fully cooked and must be refrigerated
after opening package.

These products are a nice change of convenience
for those on a gluten-free diet. They are great on-the-go
or to dress up a gf pizza or for a quick snack. We are very
pleased to see that the Hormel company is sensitive to the
Celiac community by labeling its gluten-free products as such.
