The taste has been described as unique and I agree. There is a hint of cheese and it really is unlike any bread we are used to eating.

With plenty of nooks and crannies and a slightly chewy texture these rolls are a delight. They may be difficult to for young children to bite into as is and you may want to flatten them out a bit more...watch the baking time if you do this.

Ingredients: manioc (tapioca) flour, milk, cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), pasteurized egg (with citric acid), modified manioc starch (100% manioc), canola oil, sea salt (iodine free).
Free of: gluten, wheat, yeast, soy, potato, rice, tree nuts, peanuts, and MSG. Made in a gluten-free dedicated facility. This month we tested Chebe Frozen Dough Sandwich Buns. (We have used Chebe Dry Bread Mix in the past for pizza dough with excellent results). From the website Chebe® Bread (pronounced chee-bee) is a unique bread product based on the Brazilian "pao de queijo" (Brazilian cheese bread)”. With a toaster oven and 30-35 minutes you can have a unique sandwich bun than holds a hamburger beautifully without falling apart, makes a great deli sandwich that travels well without drying out and is awfully hard not to eat warm right out of the oven.
