We found all three cakes to be delicious.
Eaten simply with powder sugar dusting or frosted, each of these
cakes was moist, light and had a lovely flavor.

All three cakes rose perfectly and
had the texture of a gluten cake. They were not heavy or gritty.
The white cake was not white but actually more of a beige
color.

These cakes are very easy to prepare with simple instructions. Anyone, regardless
of cooking ability, can make these cakes.

We found the cakes to be moist and hold their shape and consistency even after
two days.

gluten-free cake mixes we have tasted. These cakes are the answer to anyone
who does not want to bake from scratch but wants a perfect gluten-free cake.

Dowd and Rogers cake mixes are made with
Italian chestnut flour and all natural ingredients.
We tested all three of their cake mixes
and were equally impressed with all three.
Each cake mix makes a single layer 9"
round cake. Two cake mixes are required for a double layered
cake.
