We tested Cinnamon Crumble Coffeecake Mix
Ingredients:
BROWN RICE FLOUR, WHITE RICE FLOUR, TAPIOCA
FLOUR, NON-ALUMINUM BAKING POWDER, XANTHAN GUM, BAKING SODA,
CINNAMON AND NUTMEG. TOPPINGS: BROWN RICE FLOUR, SUGAR, VANILLA
BEAN POWDER (VANILLA BEANS, CORN BASED DEXTROSE), AND CINNAMON
This is a great product for those who must
avoid eggs and dairy in addition to gluten. The omission of
eggs does produce a heavier cake with an almost pasty texture.
We found the cake to be fairly easy to assemble,
although the process is much like that of preparing a pie
crust, as one must cut in the dairy-free margarine.
