We tested 4 of the six great flavors Elan Frozen Yogurt produces, Chocolate, Vanilla, Black Raspberry and Coffee. To simplify, we will post ingredients for the Vanilla flavor.
Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
Ingredients:
Skim milk, sugar, cultured skim milk, corn syrup, cream, vanilla extract, locust bean gum, guar gum, carrageenan, soy lecithin. Contains active yogurt cultures: L. bulgaricus & S. thermophilus.
Surprise, surprise, this is not your run-of-the-mill frozen yogurt! I must say that prior to our taste test, I expected this product to taste pretty much like other frozen yogurts. Generally, frozen yogurt lacks the creaminess of ice cream and has a tang to it. Elan Frozen Yogurt has broken this barrier! This product is creamy and scrumptious! In fact, my husband, who is an ice cream-aholic, and who doesn’t like frozen yogurt, devoured this product!
Elan Frozen Yogurt is all natural, gluten-free and uses kosher ingredients. There truly is no reason to feel guilty about indulging in this delicious frozen yogurt, less calorie and fat than ice cream with delicious taste and texture.
