Crunchy, sweet and delicious! These ice cream cones taste exactly like traditional ice cream cones.
| Texture |
 |
We could not detect any difference in texture between these cones and traditional cones! The cones hold up perfectly filled with ice cream and remain crunchy to the last delicious bite.

We’ve had these cones in our cupboard for several months waiting for our June edition of Glutenfreeda. One package, the Cocoa Sugar Cones was opened months ago and when tested again this week, was still crunchy and fresh tasting. Goldbaum’s suggests that if the cones lose their crispness, you can restore it by pre-heating a 300 degree F oven then turning it off then place the cones in the oven for 2 minutes.
The cones should be stored in a cool, dry place.

I have been so impressed lately with the quality of gluten-free foods that are now available and this product is no exception! Goldbaum’s Ice Cream Cones taste, and look exactly like the gluten variety. If I didn’t read the words, ‘Gluten-free’ on the package, I would not have believed that these ice cream cones were in fact, gluten-free. We tried the Cocoa Sugar Cone, Ice Cream Cups and Jumbo Cone and were amazed by all three.
Goldbaum’s is located in New York and also produces gluten-free pasta. These ice cream cones are a must try for anyone with kids or anyone who would love to enjoy a real ice cream cone once again. If you cannot find this product at your local store, you can order them online at www.goldbaums.com.
