The lasagna noodles tasted much like
wheat-based pasta.
| Texture/Appearance

The first day we made the lasagna the noodles were slightly gelatinous but
still good. Interestingly enough, the second day leftovers were awesome. Isnt
that true of all lasagna
tastes great the first day but even better the
next? The second day servings were indecipherable to that of wheat-based lasagne.

Tinkyada makes a wide variety of gluten-free
pasta. In our opinion, their pasta is among the best in the
gluten-free world. Tinkyada pasta cooks just like wheat based
pastas, does not fall apart or turn mushy as it cooks and
tastes much like traditional pasta. Their pasta is 100% organic,
kosher certified, wheat-free, gluten-free, egg-free, cholesterol
free, fat-free, sodium-free, dairy-free and soy-free. This
month we tested their lasagna noodles to see how they compared
to other gluten-free lasagna noodles.
