We taste tested these chicken nuggets on adults and children. All in all everyone really enjoyed the taste. The chicken had great flavor and consistency. We did, however, find them just a little too salty.

Since these nuggets were baked they were not necessarily “crispy”, although that was not expected since they were baked, not fried.

These chicken nuggets will keep for some time in the freezer. Murray’s Chickens recommends that the product is used within 5 days of opening the package.

Overall we really enjoyed Murray’s Chicken Nuggets. As a mother of two, I found this product to be a great convenience item that my kids will enjoy and I will feel good about feeding them. I also like the fact that Murray’s Chicken only uses family farmed chickens with certified humane raising and handling practices and the fact that this product is produced in a dedicated gluten-free facility. I would definitely recommend this item, particularly for families with kids.

This month we tested Murray’s Breaded Chicken Nuggets. These bite-size chicken pieces are like a “much better for you and much better tasting” version of the Chicken McNugget. Murray’s Chickens uses only birds raised on family owned farms in the Amish countryside of Pennsylvania. These chicken nuggets are made with 100% white meat and all natural ingredients that are void of wheat, gluten, soy, eggs, milk, preservatives and artificial ingredients. Murray’s Chicken Nuggets are also produced in a dedicated gluten-free facility.
To prepare these chicken nuggets we followed the manufacturer’s directions and baked the frozen nuggets for 7 minutes, turning half-way through the baking time. |
