A subsidiary of San-Jirushi, Kuwana, MIE, Japan

San-J Tamari is brewed with organic soy beans instead of wheat and soy like other soy sauces on the market. The wheat-free variety is packaged in a gold label and is certified by the Organic Crop Improvement Association.

This ‘soy sauce’ has a great taste and is an authentic tasting product that will enhance any recipe calling for soy sauce. It is also wonderful served ‘straight’ as a dip for sushi.

Ingredients:

Water, organic whole soy beans, salt, alcohol (fermented from corn)
