We believe that this mix will be difficult
for anyone to produce cookies. We suggest that a better choice
would be one of their other mixes that have more concise and
complete instructions.

Create-Your-Own-Cookie Mix Ingredients:
Brown rice flour, white rice flour, vanilla bean powder (vanilla
beans, corn-based dextrose), xanthan gum, non-aluminum baking
powder, baking soda, and sea salt.
The Cravings Place products are gluten-free, wheat-free, dairy-free
and egg free and are made with natural ingredients. The company
also produces a variety of other cookie, quick bread, muffin
and brownie mixes.
This month we tested The Cravings Place Create-Your-Own-Cookie
Mix. The directions are vague and leave the flavoring ingredients
and amounts of all additional ingredients including what type
of fat to use, butter, margarine or oil and water completely
up to the customer. We used oil and the least amount of water
they suggest and added sweetened cranberries, walnuts, cinnamon,
allspice and cloves. The results were cookies that did not
change shape during baking and oozed oil on the baking mat.
