This is a
fat-free, wheat free, 100% organic and gluten free product that
is pre-cooked and ready to grill, sauté and serve in a
variety of ways. This product comes in regular and Basil Garlic
flavors.

Ingredients:
Water,
Organic yellow corn meal, organic dehydrated garlic, salt, organic
basil, tartaric acid, ascorbic acid. (Vitamin C), beta-carotene,
(vitamin A).
We
found this product to be a great substitute for homemade polenta
rounds. This product is packaged in a plastic tube and easy to
slice. We sautéed and grilled the slices with great results.
Serving suggestions; Sauté or grill 1/4" slices and
top with herbed cheese or ricotta cheese and then black beans
and pico de gallo, or blanched vegetables for wonderful appetizers,
or sauté or grill and serve with an entrée instead
or rice or potatoes.
