These are the best gluten-free crackers we’ve tasted so far! The combination of rice flour and nuts produces a delicious cracker that is great eaten alone, or with any combination of toppings. We served these to our non-gluten intolerant company with rave reviews.

Hazelnut: These are definitely our favorites. Crispy and crunchy in texture and bursting with hazelnut flavor. Absolutely the perfect combination of nuts and rice flour! Golden in color.

Pecan: Slightly darker in color than the Hazelnut crackers, with a wonderful pecan flavor. You can almost imagine a hint of molasses or brown sugar and honey, although these crackers are salty, not sweet. Delicious!

Almond: These are the same color as the Pecan crackers and have the most subtle flavor of the three varieties. Compared to the other two, these are somewhat bland, with little almond taste, however they are still better than plain rice crackers.
