Ingredients: Maize starch, rice starch, potato flour, isolated soya proteins, defatted soya flour, emulsifying agent: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids. No eggs, no milk products and no gluten!

This Italian made pasta is by far the best gluten-free pasta we have tested so far.

In fact, there is very little difference between this gf pasta and traditional pastas with gluten. The pasta comes in a variety of shapes; spaghetti, spiral, penne and even lasagna. The taste, color and texture is absolutely perfect. We even served this to our non-gluten intolerant guests with rave reviews. We highly recommend this product to anyone on a gluten-free diet.
