MI-DEL Pecan Cookies

We found the Pecan Cookies were above average in taste. The pecan taste was somewhat mild. The cookies are small and soft in texture.

MI-DEL Ginger Snaps

Ingredients:

Gluten free flour (contains corn flour, soy flour, potato flour, corn starch, rice starch, potato starch, rice flour, white bean flour, xantham gum), dehydrated cane juice, non hydrogenated canola oil, ginger powder egg whites, unsulphured molasses, corn starch, natural flavors, baking soda, sea salt, soybean lecithin (used as an emulsifier).

These cookies have a great ginger flavor that tastes like fresh ginger. They are soft and a little chewy. We tested these Ginger Snaps on people without gluten sensitivity with unanimous approval.

MI-DEL Chocolate Chip

Gluten free flour (contains corn flour, soy flour, potato flour, corn starch, rice starch, potato starch, rice flour, white bean flour, xantham gum), dehydrated cane juice, organic chocolate chips (organic sugar, organic chocolate liquor, organic cocoa butter, organic soy lecithin, organic vanilla, organic corn syrup solids), non hydrogenated canola oil, butter (may contain color additive annato), egg whites, unsulphured molasses, corn starch, natural flavors, baking soda, sea salt, soybean lecithin (used as an emulsifier).

The chocolate chip cookies are somewhat flavorless. The chocolate taste was ‘missing’. The cookies are crunchy. These cookies are our least favorite of the group.

These animal cookies are great! They taste just like the gluten variety. The animal shapes are cute. They are very crunchy, our children loved them!
