These products are a gluten-free version of Kraft’s Macaroni and Cheese in the box. The products are made from rice and potatoes. They are Kosher, wheat free, gluten free and have diabetic exchange information on the box. The manufacturing facility is completely gluten-free and free of cross-contamination. The products are free of eggs and do not contain preservatives.

Potato flour, rice flour, cheddar cheese, milk, bacterial culture, salt microbial enzymes salt, disodium phosphate, xanthan gum, annato, citric acid.

Rice, rice bran, cheddar cheese, milk, bacterial cultures, salt, microbial enzymes, salt disodium phosphate, xanthan gum, annato, citric acid.

This was a tough product to judge because it is not a product we ate before becoming gluten-free. These type of products are however very popular with children (why no one knows) and they are a welcome quick meal for Mom’s of Celiac or gluten intolerant children.
