These noodles are fat free, wheat free, gluten-free, GMO free, dairy free,
egg free, and yeast free.
These noodles cook in about 3 minutes. You can use these as regular pasta or
for stir fry’s. We prefer to use them in stir fry’s rather than a
substitution wheat-based noodles for traditional pasta dishes.

These noodles are great for Thai dishes and other Asian dishes where you are
stir-frying a bunch of vegetables and meat with noodles. Just soak them for
about 15 minutes then add them to your stir fry. We think there are better noodles
on the market for traditional pasta dishes. Since these noodles are made from
just rice flour and water they are a little chewy and lack significant flavor. |

These noodles are somewhat white and clear when cooked. Again, they look great
in a stir fry but lack the exact look and texture of wheat based noodles in
traditional pasta. |

Since this is a dried pasta it stores fine in a cool pantry. They are still
ok if re-heated the next day. |

We found this product in Kroger’s Supermarket. We haven’t seen this
product on the West coast, but it seems to be accessible on the East coast in
most stores. |

on the market for traditional pasta’s.
