All Natural Frookie, Wheat and Gluten-free Peanut Butter Chunk Cookies

Ingredients:

Rice flour, naturally milled organic sugar, crystalline fructose, peanuts, peanut butter (peanuts, salt), expeller pressed soy bean oil, egg whites, molasses, cream of tar tar, baking soda, soy lecithin, salt, natural peanut butter flavor.

We found these cookies to be sweet, soft and chewy with only a slight peanut butter taste. These cookies do not resemble in flavor, consistency or taste traditional, gluten variety peanut butter cookies.

All Natural Frookie, Wheat and Gluten-free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

Rice flour, semi sweet chocolate chips, crystallized cane juice, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla, naturally milled organic sugar, crystalline fructose, expeller pressed soy bean oil, date puree, egg whites, honey, cream of tar tar, baking soda, salt.

These cookies are soft with very little chocolate chip flavor. The taste results are disappointing. We would not recommend these cookies to eat just as ‘cookies’, but they may be satisfactory if used as a cookie crust.

These cookies will store for an adequate period of time, however they have no preservatives so will probably not store as well as gluten store bought cookies.
