chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla, naturally milled
organic sugar, crystalline fructose, expeller pressed soy bean
oil, date puree, egg whites, honey, cream of tar tar, baking soda,
cookies are soft with very little chocolate chip flavor. The taste
results are disappointing. We would not recommend these cookies
to eat just as cookies, but they may be satisfactory
if used as a cookie crust.
