and much, much more. Favorite Sandwich Bread Ingredients: Brown
rice flour, white rice flour, potato starch, cornstarch, brown
sugar, non-fat dry milk, whey, guar gum, salt and gf yeast.

We
were very pleasantly surprised when we tested this sandwich bread.
Contrary to most gluten-free bread mixes and those that you can
buy in the grocery stores, we found this bread to have a wonderful
taste. The bread sliced well, did not crumble, was somewhat elastic
and did not have the gritty texture that is so common with gluten
free breads. It worked perfectly for sandwiches…a great solution
for kid’s lunches. We also tried french toast with this bread.
It absorbed the batter and held it’s shape and texture very
nicely.

This
bread was extremely easy to make. Just place all the ingredients
in a mixing bowl, mix for 3 minutes, place in a greased
loaf pan, let rise and bake — that’s it!

The
bread stored great in a bread bag for at least up to 2 days
after being baked. We also tested the longevity of a peanut
butter sandwich and found that it held up quite nicely, at
room temperature, for a full day. |
