Ingredients
6 ounces gf smoked salmon 1 stick unsalted butter 1/2 cup creme fraiche Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Make certain all bones have been removed.
In a food processor blend smoked salmon and butter process until smooth.
Transfer processed mixture to a medium bowl, stirring in creme fraiche until just combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper. (Keep in mind smoked salmon will already be salty).
Chill in refrigerator until ready to use. Serve with gf crostini or gf crackers.
