Ingredients
1/2 large papaya, peeled, seeded & cut into 1 inch pieces (we used red-fleshed papayas about 8-12 inches long) 4 cups water Juice of 3 limes (or more to taste) 1/3 cup sugar, or to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh lime wedges.
