One 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes, drained and divided 2 teaspoon gf hot sauce 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon cumin 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano One 16 ounce can pinto beans, rinsed and drained One 16 ounce can gf refried beans One 4.5 ounce can green chiles, drained and chopped 3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 Tablespoon unsalted butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine 1 cup tomatoes and the next 7 ingredients; through chiles.
Spoon mixture into a 1-1/2 quart lightly buttered casserole dish. Top with cheese and bake for 20 minutes. Top with remaining tomatoes and serve hot.
