Ingredients
3 garlic cloves 1 inch cube of fresh ginger, peeled 1 cup fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped & loosely packed 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoons gf soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon olive oil 20 large shrimp, peeled & deveined
Directions
Using a food processor, combine garlic, ginger and cilantro; pureeing until smooth. Add lemon juice, gf soy sauce, and olive oil.
In a medium-size bowl, toss shrimp with marinade and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Heat a non-stick saute pan over high heat. Transfer shrimp from marinade to saute pan; being careful not to crowd them. Cook for 2 minutes on each side.
