2-1/2 cups pecan halves 1/2 cup sugar 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons ground chile powder 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Dash of cayenne pepper
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients until the pecans are evenly coated. Spread the pecans in an even layer on a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, stirring the mixture once halfway through. Pecans are done when lightly toasted and fragrant. Transfer to a plate and let cool.
