Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Oil, or butter a large baking sheet.
In a small bowl combine all seasonings; set aside.
Place olive oil in a small bowl. With a pastry brush, brush one side of all tortillas with olive oil, turn over and brush other side.
Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges, this can be done by stacking tortillas and cutting through four at a time.
Place tortilla wedges on baking sheet and sprinkle with seasoning. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until crisp. (Because ovens differ in temperature, be careful to check on chips for crispness and to prevent them from burning).
These are very easy to make and will go well with your favorite gf dip.
