Sesame Shrimp w/Miso Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

1/4 cup pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
1 Tablespoon water
1 Tablespoon red miso (soy bean paste)
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, finely chopped
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 garlic clove, minced
24 unpeeled large shrimp, about 1 pound
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 Tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Directions
In a bowl combine pineapple juice, water, miso, ginger, sesame oil and garlic and stir well.

Prepare a grill.

Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact.

In a bowl combine shrimp, vegetable oil, salt and pepper and toss.

Skewer shrimp and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Grill 1-2 minutes per side, or until done. Serve with sauce.

I love the dining cards they are super heplful when dining out. I feel so much safer when using them. just purchased my second set I would love to win a copy of the new iphone app. Having the guide on my phone would be really handy.
