8 chicken wings 2 garlic cloves, sliced into thin strips 1 Tablespoon olive oil 1 Tablespoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon cayenne (or more if you like it really spicy) 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice Salt and freshly ground black pepper Lime wedges for garnish
With a small knife, make several small slits in skin of chicken wings. Place garlic slivers under skin.
In a zip-lock bag combine paprika, cayenne, oregano and a generous portion of salt and freshly ground black pepper. Add olive oil. Add chicken, close bag, and turn to coat wings thoroughly. Marinate in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Grill wings, turning halfway through, for about 15 minutes or until done.
