Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut tortillas into 8 equal triangles. Cover a baking sheet with foil and lay tortilla pieces on sheet on a single layer, not touching each other. Spray the tops of all tortilla pieces. Sprinkle with salt and spice of your choice. Bake for 10 minutes or until chips are nicely browned.
Tips
These chips are easy to make and better than the store variety. They are less fattening because they are baked, not fried. Use your imagination by creating experimenting with different spices such as chile powder, cumin, cardamom, cinnamon and sugar, paprika, smoked paprika, chipolte powder and others.
