1/4 cup sake 1/4 cup gf soy sauce 2 Tablespoons sugar 1 Tablespoon ginger, minced 2 garlic cloves, crushed 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes 6 boneless chicken breasts Sesame seeds
Combine all ingredients except chicken in a sealable plastic bag and mix well. Add chicken and marinate in refrigerator over night. Remove from marinade and grill for 10-15 minutes, or until done. When chicken is done, slice into 1/2" slices and transfer to individual plates. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, serve. To serve with marinade sauce, bring sauce to a boil in saucepan before serving.
