One chicken, cut into 8 pieces 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup olive oil 2 Tablespoons garlic, minced 1 Tablespoon Tahini 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper
Combine all ingredients except chicken and mix well. Place in baking dish and add chicken pieces and coat well. Cover and marinate for 1 to 3 hours. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Remove chicken from marinade and place on baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes, turning once. Set oven to broil and broil until nicely browned.
