1/2 cup gf soy sauce 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup gf brown sugar 1/2 cup green onions, chopped 4 cloves garlic, chopped 3 Tablespoons ginger, chopped Juice of 1 lemon 1 teaspoon hot chili sauce 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds 1 chicken, cut into 8 pieces
Combine all ingredients, except chicken, in a sealable plastic bag and mix well. Add chicken pieces and let marinate over night or at least 8 hours.
Prepare a fire for grilling.
Place drained, marinated chicken on a grill over low heat and grill for 15 minutes. Turn chicken and grill for another 15 minutes. Turning once again, continue grilling for up to 15 more minutes. Chicken is done when juices run clear or internal temperature of thighs registers 165 degrees F.
